Happy New Year!

Happy New Year

The image speaks to me of fractals

2023 = 7

Seven often symbolizes completion or perfection.

The personality of a number 7 is pointed inward, on a quest for wisdom and truth.

The vibration of 7 is spiritual, but not religious. Nevertheless, the 7 appears in various religions with some frequency. In the story of Genesis, God created the world in 7 days, and on the 7th day, he rested. During the holy pilgrimage of Hajj, Muslims walk counterclockwise around the Kaaba, the most sacred site in Islam, 7 times, to represent rising from the lowest step of the soul, which has seven steps, to the highest one. The essence of the number 7 is to journey inward, not stopping to rest till the journey is complete.

What might 2023 have in store for us?

Will each of us opt to take the reins of our own destinies and forfeit belief in a saviour figure?
Be that saviour political ? Scientific? Or business?

Shall we employ our logos (principle of divine reason and creative order/the principle of reason and judgment) to enrich, enlighten and free ourselves?

Hey GC
thanks and best wishes to you and yours as well.
Yah, I’m getting the bridge to far feeling too. Which means we have our work cut out for us still!

Happy New year Penny !
I have silently followed your blog for many years. Thank you for providing a sanctuary of sensibility, an oasis of civility amidst the barren wasteland of lies, sensationalism and click-bait. We who follow alternative media often suffer from a feeling of isolation in the tidal wave of conformity so I am grateful to those strong enough to bear the societal burden of standing up for what they know to be true. May your pen never be intimidated or silenced.

Hi Mark

Your welcome. In many ways this place feels like a sanctuary for myself too. Like an online diary documenting the many lies and contradictions presented too often while trying to sort out and be at peace with what is going on and understanding that “the real” is present, always. “the real” is reality, plainly. Understood with some basic cues/clues/examples from nature which help me get a broader understanding of what is true. Actual. That is “the real” Which likely makes no sense to most others? Or perhaps it does.
Happy New Year Mark! Thanks for being here with me and many others, who like you are silent largely but every once in a while make their presence known 🙂
