That fact that the WHO is advising the destruction of the “high risk pathogens” verifies and confirms these labs do exist. They are real. They are present. They are dangerous. And this is NOT Russian spin.

The World Health Organization has advised officials in Ukraine to destroy any high-risk pathogens housed in public health laboratories in order to prevent their release.
The agency said that it has worked with Ukrainian officials for years to promote security practices at its laboratories to prevent “accidental or deliberate release of pathogens.”
(Pathogen: a bacterium, virus, or other microorganism that can cause disease.)
As part of that longstanding work, “WHO has strongly recommended to the Ministry of Health in Ukraine and other responsible bodies to destroy high-threat pathogens to prevent any potential spills,” the agency said in an email to Reuters. The WHO did not clarify when it made that recommendation or if it was carried out.
High-priority agents include organisms that pose a risk to national security because they
- can be easily disseminated or transmitted from person to person;
- result in high mortality rates and have the potential for major public health impact;
- might cause public panic and social disruption; and
- require special action for public health preparedness.

- Plague (Yersinia pestis)
- Smallpox (variola major)

Victoria Nuland acknowledged the presence of these labs.
Consider ‘gain of function’ research
The news follows Senate testimony on Tuesday by Victoria Nuland, US Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs
“Ukraine has biological research facilities, which in fact we are now quite concerned [that] Russian troops, Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of, ” Nuland said in the hearing by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. “So, we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces, should they approach.”
What have the Ukrainians and their American counterparts been up to?
