Jean-Francois Ratelle, 36, was also known by the call sign “Hrulf.”
Global Affairs Canada said it is aware that a Canadian has died in Ukraine, but would not provide his name, nor the cause of death.
The less questions, the better.
The strikes may have also been motivated by the multiple attacks on Belgorod- Attacks on Belgorod saw civilians killed, but, Ukrainian irregulars took massive hits and losses (Check, Military Summary for more detailed info) Ukraine also engaged in some interesting albeit easily disproved propaganda.

MOSCOW, March 23. /TASS/. The list of 145 people hospitalized after a terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall music venue has been published on the website of the Moscow Region’s Health Ministry.
According to the document, at least nine of them are in grave condition.

The reaction of the US authorities to the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall raises big questions, in particular, as to the reasons why the White House takes the liberty of claiming right away Ukraine was not involved in the incident, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said.
“There are also reactions [to what happened at Crocus City Hall] that raise more questions. This certainly concerns comments from Washington, which said it saw no signs that Ukrainians might be involved in the terrorist attack,” Zakharova said on the Rossiya-24 television channel.
Was the US engaging in narrative creation? To get ahead of what ever Russia may state or find out? One also wonder if the US knows what players/groups did attack the Hall, so they can exclude Ukraine? I don’t know?
“What can be seen from the organization, from the forces and means used, is that everything was planned in advance. That is, it was not some kind of prank of semi-criminal elements. Furthermore, I see that one group ‘worked’ on targeting people around the hall, while the second set fire to the roof, which seems to have now collapsed, in order to make the terror attack look ‘very effective’ in the media,” with the image seen round the world being of “practically the best concert venue in Russia” on fire, Filatov told Sputnik.
Ukraine and their friends are behind this one- As of right now, that’s my general opinion.

It’s Israel. It’s the same modus operandi and the same previous threats as with the Bataclan attack of 2015 (that attack was Israels way to force France to be its bitch).

Yah, I saw that one today- I have zero doubt Israel was involved in this as payback for Russia hosting Hamas- But, I’m thinking this was a cooperative operation between western intel groups- I’m working on a post explaining why
