Identified hazards:

1- Reports of thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome following vaccination with AstraZeneca Vaxzevria/COVISHIELD COVID-19 vaccine. Health Canada has updated the AstraZeneca Vaxzevria COVID-19 vaccine product monograph (PDF) and the COVISHIELD COVID-19 vaccine product monograph (PDF) to include information about these very rare events of blood clots associated with low levels of platelets following immunization.

Up to and including December 3, 2021 , there were 89 reports of TTS that met Level 1 to 4 of Brighton Collaboration level of diagnostic certainty.

This number remains unchanged from last week.

2- Reports of Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) in Canada following AstraZeneca Vaxzevria/COVISHIELD COVID-19 vaccination. Data in Canada indicate a higher number of cases than would normally be expected in the general population.

Up to and including December 3, 2021 , there are a total of 106 reports of GBS that met Level 1 to 4 of Brighton Collaboration level of diagnostic certainty .

3- Reports of myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammation of the lining around the heart) following vaccination with COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. Data in Canada now indicate a higher number of cases in younger people (i.e. less than 40 years of age) than would normally be expected in this age group in the general population.

Up to and including December 3, 2021 , there were 1,428 reports of myocarditis/pericarditis that met Level 1 to 4 of Brighton Collaboration level of diagnostic certainty.

4- Capillary leak syndrome following vaccination with the AstraZeneca Vaxzevria/COVISHIELD COVID-19 vaccine. Health Canada has updated the AstraZeneca Vaxzevria COVID-19 vaccine product monograph (PDF) and the COVISHIELD COVID-19 vaccine product monograph (PDF) to include information on capillary leak syndrome, including a contraindication for patients who have previously experienced this syndrome. Up to and including December 3, 2021 , there have been two reports of capillary leak syndrome. This number has remained the same

5- Facial paralysis/Bell's Palsy following COVID-19 vaccination. Health Canada has updated the the Moderna Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine product monograph (PDF) and the Pfizer-BioNTech Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccine product monograph (PDF) to include information on facial paralysis/Bell’s Palsy.

Bell’s Palsy/facial paralysis 679 cases. Last week’s number was 663. That’s a one week increase of 13 cases aka permanently or partially paralyzed faces

6- Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and venous thromboembolism (VTE) following vaccination with the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine. Health Canada has updated the Janssen vaccine product monograph (PDF) to include information on ITP and VTE. 7- Thrombocytopenia including ITP following vaccination with AstraZeneca Vaxzevria COVID-19 vaccine. Health Canada has updated the AstraZeneca Vaxzevria COVID-19 vaccine product monograph (PDF) to include information on thrombocytopenia including ITP. 8- Deaths

Up to and including December 3, 2021 , a total of 248 reports with an outcome of death were reported

248 deaths represent an increase of 5 deaths from last weeks high of 243

Not a one of these numbers is accurate. The reports never match the reality. One way of knowing this for sure- look at the number of breakthrough cases? 163? Based on the constant stream of media reports covering breakthrough cases we can be sure the number is vastly higher then 163. Which calls to question all the numbers.

An unnamed 26-year-old-man from New Zealand died from myocarditis in a case linked to the Covid vaccines

He developed the condition within two weeks of receiving the first shot of the Pfizer vaccine, and did not seek treatment
