You are right that it’s such a small group of people in the West that understand what is going on in the region. I have tried to have conversations with some people but I have given up. People are too far brainwashed. I remember feeling so relieved almost a decade ago finding this blog because it was finally some truth in a sea of lies/disinfo. Thanks to you for continuing to spread the truth.
I would have expected more people to know about the political situation in Turkey, especially given it’s a major tourist destination.

There’s a huge disconnect in social media land. And Greta is going to gate keep, because that’s what’s she is paid to do. And yes the Kurds ethnic cleansed way more than is usually acknowledged- they’ve stolen Assyrian history and claimed it as their own. And the hard line PKK/YPG will terrorize and kill their own, who don’t go along. Many people don’t realize how they draw children in to fight for them too. Causing angst among the parents who don’t support the cause of the PKK

Ally, I’m short on time, but, thank you so much. So very much. Because it’s such a small group of people that understand what’s been going on in that region. Even I can’t know it all, but, it seems to me, I’ve better awareness than many others.
