Like all effective propaganda there is some truth, I see 2 as follows
– The US tacitly admits as a pro Ukrainian force they were the perps
– Russia didn’t destroy it’s own pipelines because that’s illogical as was obvious

All the rest was one big jumbled ‘muddying the waters’ type of narrative-throwing every type of accusation and aspersion into one jumbled narrative so there are options for future spin-

I’m using the term ‘muddying the waters’ as follows
making an issue or a situation more confusing or unclear by introducing unnecessary, distracting and non relevant information to the mix (water)
