This article from NYIntellingencer is dated December 7 2020. The author is reporting that the vaccines for Covid were ‘designed’ by January 13/20. Months before the WHO characterized, without declaring, Covid-19 as a pandemic. Predating cases being identified in many locations. So interesting to think about.

The author of this piece is clearly promoting the rush to vaccinate everyone. Regardless of the real world situation. And the repercussions from taking this course of action, long term. All of which are unknown. The author has peppered the article with lots of fear mongering and hyperbole, exaggerated statements or claims that shouldn’t be taken literally. Including death counts that are known to have been exaggerated or intentionally misleading in order that a certain perception is implanted in the minds of the masses. You may be surprised to learn that of the trio of long-awaited coronavirus vaccines, the most promising, Moderna’s mRNA-1273, which reported a 94.5 percent efficacy rate on November 16, had been designed by January 13.

In Massachusetts, the Moderna vaccine design took all of one weekend.

It was completed before China had even acknowledged that the disease could be transmitted from human to human, more than a week before the first confirmed coronavirus case in the United States. By the time the first American death was announced a month later, the vaccine had already been manufactured and shipped to the National Institutes of Health for the beginning of its Phase I clinical trial.

Operation Warp Speed” meant running clinical trials simultaneously rather than sequentially, manufacturing the vaccine at the same time, and authorizing the vaccine under “emergency use” in December based only on preliminary data that doesn’t track the long-term durability of protection or even measure the vaccine’s effect on transmission

Indeed, it would have been difficult in May to find a single credentialed epidemiologist, vaccine researcher, or public-health official recommending a rapid vaccine rollout

The treatment dilemmas facing physicians and patients in the early stages of a novel pandemic are, of course, not the same as the dilemma of rushing a new vaccine to a still-healthy population — we defer to the judgment of desperate patients, with physicians inclined to try to help them, but not to the desires of vaccine candidates, no matter how desperate. An unsafe vaccine, like the one for polio that killed ten and paralyzed 200 in 1955, could cause medical disaster and public-health backlash (looks like we have an unsafe vaccine)

An ineffective vaccine could also give false security to those receiving it, thereby helping spread the disease by providing population-scale license to irresponsible behavior

And we know we’ve got an ineffective vaccine.

A study from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) found that Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors — a class of anti-inflammatory drugs — can suppress a key part of the immune response, potentially allowing viruses like influenza and COVID-19 to replicate and spread more easily.

JAK inhibitors are used globally for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ulcerative colitis and atopic dermatitis.

The researchers say these drugs block an important immune response known as Type I interferon (IFN) signalling, which helps infected cells sound the alarm to neighbouring cells, slowing viral spread and giving the body time to mount a broader defence.

In a video interview with CTVNews.ca on Monday, NTNU researcher and study co-author Denis Kaynov compared the body’s layered immune response to a race with hurdles.

“These inhibitors remove the first line of hurdles — our innate immune defences — allowing viruses to run faster,” he said. “Without that early delay, the adaptive immune system doesn’t have time to respond properly, which increases the risk that the virus spreads rapidly from cell to cell and organ to organ.”

The researchers used a range of human cell types, including lung, eye and brain cells. Kaynov says the team later moved to organoids — simplified lab-grown mini-organs — to mimic the behaviour of full organs more accurately.

While JAK inhibitors are effective in controlling chronic inflammatory conditions, Kaynov says they may leave patients vulnerable if they become infected with a virus.

“If you’re on this kind of medication and get an infection like the flu, the virus could spread much more easily in the body,” he said. “It’s important to consult your physician if you suspect an infection while taking these drugs.”

Although the research remains in early stages, one infectious diseases specialist says the findings are worth noting.

Bogoch says the broader risks of JAK inhibitors are already well known.

It’s well established that if you take these meds you are more susceptible to bacterial infections- therefore viral vulnerability is not a surprise

“They’re not like taking acetaminophen,” he said. “There’s a well-established link to higher susceptibility to infections — especially bacterial ones — so it’s not entirely surprising that viral vulnerability is also being investigated.”

Bogoch emphasized that while the research doesn’t call for immediate clinical changes, it does raise useful questions about drug safety, especially for older adults or patients with multiple health conditions.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said “the door for talks is wide open,” at a regular press briefing in Beijing on Wednesday, reiterating that trade wars don’t have any winners. While Trump has repeatedly sought to get Xi on the phone, China wants the two sides to work out the contours of an agreement before the leaders speak.

With some 2.6 billion people around the world in some kind of lockdown, we are conducting arguably the largest psychological experiment ever;

“This will result in a secondary epidemic of burnouts and stress-related absenteeism in the latter half of 2020;

Currently, an estimated 2.6 billion people – one-third of the world’s population – is living under some kind of lockdown or quarantine. This is arguably the largest psychological experiment ever conducted.

In short, and perhaps unsurprisingly, people who are quarantined are very likely to develop a wide range of symptoms of psychological stress and disorder, including low mood, insomnia, stress, anxiety, anger, irritability, emotional exhaustion, depression and post-traumatic stress symptoms. Low mood and irritability specifically stand out as being very common, the study notes.

In China, these expected mental health effects are already being reported in the first research papers about the lockdown.

In cases where parents were quarantined with children, the mental health toll became even steeper. In one study, no less than 28% of quarantined parents warranted a diagnosis of “trauma-related mental health disorder”.

Among quarantined hospital staff, almost 10% reported “high depressive symptoms” up to three years after being quarantined. Another study reporting on the long-term effects of SARS quarantine among healthcare workers found a long-term risk for alcohol abuse, self-medication and long-lasting “avoidance” behaviour. This means that years after being quarantined, some hospital workers still avoid being in close contact with patients by simply not showing up for work.

Reasons for stress abound in lockdown: there is risk of infection, fear of becoming sick or of losing loved ones, as well as the prospect of financial hardship. All these, and many more, are present in this current pandemic.”

“In our most recent survey after two weeks of lockdown, the green portion has shrunk to 25% of the population. The “red” part of the population has increased by 10 percentage points to fully 25% of the population.

And we’re in the eighth week of lock down here. Justin Trudeau and Doug Ford excluded.

“These are the people at high risk for long-term absenteeism from work due to illness and burnout. Even if they stay at work, research from Eurofound reports a loss of productivity of 35% for these workers.

In general, we know at-risk groups for long-term mental health issues will be the healthcare workers who are on the frontline, young people under 30 and children, the elderly and those in precarious situations, for example, owing to mental illness, disability and poverty.

All this should surprise no one; insights on the long-term damage of disasters have been accepted in the field of trauma psychology for decades."

It’s doubtful this is a surprise. And much more likely it is desired. It’s long been known that trauma has repercussions. So trauma on a global scale will have mass repercussions.

“There’s a real recognition that the mental health impacts are going to be severe,” said Margaret Eaton.

That Ontario survey also found 42 per cent of Ontario adults reported increasing their use of substances or gambling since the pandemic began.

Given the country was already facing an opioid epidemic before the pandemic, Eaton said, that finding is “a big concern” and that there are resources for people trying to understand if their substance use has become a problem.

The media, alt and main stream, should be ashamed of their heavy handed fear mongering and their role in terrorizing the populace- That these issues would present themselves was knowable. Foreseeable.  Isolation is a huge issue. Joblessness. Family distress. Financial issues. Drug and alchohol use on the rise.
 Handling this situation in a different manner, which could have been done and should have been done would have minimized this impending tsunami of harm and destruction.

‘Cause let’s face the reality the lock downs did nothing to make the elderly or vulnerable safer.

As we head into day 3 of the trial and the prosecution presents it’s case, cracks in the official narrative are beginning to appear. Which should surprise no one.

The infamous line “not one inch” that had seemingly been attributed to convoy leaders often in tandem with “hold the line” was in all actuality the stance of the Ottawa Police.

We can see that Global News obfuscates what “not one inch” refers to and whose edict that actually was. By making a vague headline they are encouraging their readership to assume this was the stance of the convoy organizers. It was not. It was the stance of Ottawa police higher ups.

Lucas told the court that there were no flags on the behaviour of those in the convoys. He referenced positive interactions with police on the route to Ottawa, including obliging with a request to divert the convoy due to a police operation on the route.

Hubby and I protested this tyranny at the local level. Yes, we made signs and froze our buttocks off. There was no choice given the level, the absurd level of abuse and discrimination that was being dished out towards those that didn’t bow to the edicts of a governmental over reach. Canada was a dystopic nightmare. We still have our signs.

Too many lies. Too much abuse. It was and remains to this day a shocking episode in Canada’s history.

Most people think of cancer as a disease of disorderly DNA. Changes, or mutations, in the sequence of DNA alter the function of the proteins made from that DNA, leading to uncontrolled cell division.

But between DNA and proteins is another layer of information, called messenger RNA (mRNA), which serves as a crucial link between the two. New research suggests that mRNA itself may carry cancer-causing changes. And, because genetic tests don’t usually look at mRNA, those changes have so far gone undetected by cancer doctors.

From DNA to mRNA

If DNA is the genetic blueprint for life, as is often said, then it’s a fairly cumbersome set of instructions. The information in DNA is encoded in the particular sequence of some 3 billion nucleotide “letters” — varying combinations of A, T, G, and C. Blocks of these letters — genes — are used to make particular proteins, a cell’s main workhorses. But DNA lives in the nucleus of a cell, while proteins are made in the surrounding cytoplasm. To bridge this gap, a cell must first make an RNA copy of a gene’s DNA. This RNA copy, called messenger RNA, is then transported out of the nucleus. It is this mRNA copy that cells read and translate into a protein.

Usually, the mRNA copy is a bit shorter than its DNA precursor. That’s because the useful pieces of information in DNA, called exons, are often separated by blocks of sequences that are not needed. These unnecessary parts, called introns, must be cut out to make a final product. After the introns are removed, the remaining exons are spliced together, not unlike splicing together pieces of film and leaving some on the cutting room floor.  

These findings help explain a long-standing conundrum, which is that CLL cells have relatively few known DNA mutations.

If the mRNA copy doesn’t include all of the exons in a gene or is cut short, then the protein made from that mRNA will also be truncated. It may no longer function properly. And if that protein is a tumor suppressor — one that protects against cancer — then that could spell problems.

What Dr. Mayr and her colleagues, including postdoctoral fellow Shih-Han (Peggy) Lee, graduate student Irtisha Singh, and SKI computational biologist Christina Leslie, found is that many of the mRNAs in cancer cells produce these truncated tumor-suppressor proteins. The changes occur not only in known tumor-suppressor genes but also in previously unrecognized ones.

 “The changes to the mRNA make proteins that are very similar to the proteins that are made when you have a mutation in the DNA that causes a truncated protein to be made,” she says. “In the end, the outcome for the cell is very similar, but how it happened is very different.”

Found: Missing Cancer Mutations

Dr. Mayr’s team looked specifically at chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a type of blood cancer. A colleague at MSK, Omar Abdel-Wahab, supplied them with blood samples from people with the condition. Using a method that Dr. Mayr’s lab developed to detect these particular mRNA changes, they found that a substantially greater number of people with CLL had an inactivation of a tumor-suppressor gene at the mRNA level than those who had it at the DNA level.

These findings help explain a long-standing conundrum, which is that CLL cells have relatively few known DNA mutations. Some CLL cells lack even known mutations. In effect, the mRNA changes that Dr. Mayr’s team discovered could account for the missing DNA mutations.

Because CLL is such a slow-growing cancer and people with CLL often live for many years, it’s too early to say whether these mRNA changes are associated with a poorer prognosis. 

There are some important differences between the mRNA changes and a bona fide DNA mutation. Most important, the inactivation of tumor suppressors through mRNA is usually only partial; only about half of the relevant protein molecules in the tumor cells are truncated. But in many cases this is enough to completely override the function of the normal versions that are present. And because this truncation could apply to 100 different genes at once, the changes can add up.

Lessons for Cancer Diagnostics

Though Dr. Mayr’s team identified the mRNA changes in CLL, they’re likely not limited to this blood cancer. The team found them in samples of T cell acute lymphocytic leukemia too, for example. Other researchers have found them in breast cancer. Dr. Mayr hopes that scientists will be inspired to explore the significance of mRNA changes in these and other types of cancers.

“Current cancer diagnostic efforts predominantly focus on the sequencing of DNA in order to identify mutations,” Dr. Mayr says. “But our research suggests that changes at the mRNA level might be as frequent.”

In other words, cancer diagnostics may need to change to include these previously unknown cancer drivers.

 If you’ve been paying attention to the way the  experimental covid vaccine is supposed to work, then you are or should be aware, that the vaccine, as claimed by the CDC alters our mRNA

Keeping in mind there are no long term studies for this vaccine. It was not approved, only authorized for emergency use.

Why bring this post back from more than 2 years ago? mRNA can cause cancer changes. This RNA copy, called messenger RNA, is then transported out of the nucleus. It is this mRNA copy that cells read and translate into a protein. mRNA changes may trigger cancer cells. Noticing cases of cancer, rapid onset and demise being connected to mRNA jab recipients.

March to November 2021- right at the start of the vaccine rollout. When less people were vaccinated at that time due to logistics and non approval for minors.

If you were one of those persons living in reality and you are up on all that information, understanding the problems with the jab and the Paxlavoid. Then the fact that quadruple jabbed, paxlavoid user is feeling extremely unwell won’t come as that big a shocker.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, sometimes dubbed “America’s doctor,” is reportedly feeling extremely unwell after contracting COVID-19 earlier this month.

Fauci has received both initial doses of Pfizer’s COVID vaccine as well as two booster shots, as he advises for people of his age — Fauci is 81.

Fauci has also taken Paxlovid, Pfizer’s antiviral treatment for COVID, and experienced a rebound, following which he decided to take another course of the treatment, even though this is not officially recommended, with the FDA stating that, “There is no evidence of benefit at this time for a longer course of treatment … or repeating a treatment course of Paxlovid in patients with recurrent COVID-19 symptoms following completion of a treatment course.”

Initially, Fauci described his symptoms as “minimal” and expressed his relief at being double-boostered. Speaking during a Foreign Policy global health summit on Tuesday, Fauci said he tested negative for three days in a row after he finished taking Paxlovid but that on the fourth day, he tested positive again, a phenomenon that’s referred to as a “Paxlovid rebound,” and now has said he feels “really poorly.”

Recall this news from just the other day?

In the first 14 weeks of 2022 there were DOUBLE the Covid fatalities of the two preceding years! Think about that FACT. 95 percent vaccination rate- 14 weeks/double the death count of 2020/ 2021 combined

Recently the fact of Ontario, Canada’s mass covid case drop despite masks being largely not worn was mentioned. In spite of the headless chickens in the media squawking endlessly, No masks aligned with a massive fall in cases.

In U.S. cities where mask use has been more common, Covid has spread at a similar rate as in mask-resistant cities. Mask mandates in schools also seem to have done little to reduce the spread. Hong Kong, despite almost universal mask-wearing, recently endured one of the world’s worst Covid outbreaks.

Advocates of mandates sometimes argue that they do have a big effect even if it is not evident in populationwide data, because of how many other factors are at play. But this argument seems unpersuasive.

Unpersuasive because it is not born out by reality. Therefore advocates of mask mandates are coming from a place of unreality. Of delusion.

When you look at the data on mask-wearing — both before vaccines were available and after, as well as both in the U.S. and abroad — you struggle to see any patterns.

Mask mandates do not work. They were and are abusive, divisive and have served to increase societal divide. They were a mode of psychological warfare waged against the populace. Done to terrorize into submission. They did not impede viral spread.

Those are the facts. That is the reality. Anything else is manipulative lying
