Western media lionizes this man. Britain made him a “Sir”. Sir Bill Browder. Gives him that air or odour/smell of authority and legitimacy- Don’t be fooled. It’s not legitimate. It’s just manipulative.

1. Magnitsky was an accountant who died in Russian prison in November 2009 under unclear circumstances, while under detention for tax fraud on behalf of his client, Hermitage Capital.

Sergei Leonidovich Magnitsky was a Russian accountant in the employ of Firestone Duncan. Based out of Moscow, Firestone Duncan is a law and audit firm specializing in servicing the specialized legal, tax, accounting, and audit needs of foreign ventures doing business in Russia or with Russian parties. Magnitsky is almost always presented as a lawyer, which brings him under the protection of the attorney-client privilege. However as an accountant, no such protection exists. We have read countless times that Magnitsky was a lawyer. Lawyer, lawyer, lawyer. Sometimes we read he is a lawyer and accountant, acknowledging his accountant’s training as a second mention. The half-truth about his role is central to the narrative. Whether he was a lawyer or accountant in this case changes everything.

Nov 20 (Reuters) – The United States on Wednesday vetoed a U.N. Security Council resolution for a ceasefire in Gaza, drawing criticism of the Biden administration for once again blocking international action aimed at halting Israel’s war with Hamas.
The 15-member council voted on a resolution put forward by 10 non-permanent members that called for an “immediate, unconditional and permanent ceasefire” in the 13-month conflict and separately demanded the release of hostages.

Only the U.S. voted against, using its veto as a permanent council member to block the resolution.

Members roundly criticized the U.S. for blocking the resolution put forward by the council’s 10 elected members: Algeria, Ecuador, Guyana, Japan, Malta, Mozambique, South Korea, Sierra Leone, Slovenia and Switzerland.

“It is deeply regretted that due to the use of the veto this council has once again failed to uphold its responsibility to maintain international peace and security,” Malta’s U.N. Ambassador Vanessa Frazier said after the vote failed, adding that the text of the resolution “was by no means a maximalist one.”

Can Ukraine’s Deadly Land Mines Approved by Biden Stop Russian Advancement?

The U.S. will send antipersonnel land mines to Ukraine in the second major policy shift from the winding-down Joe Biden administration in only a few days, although it remains to be seen just how much of a difference these mines will make in the face of Moscow’s advances. President Biden, who is in a last-ditch effort to supply Ukraine in his final two months in office, greenlit the supply of antipersonnel land mines to Kyiv, a U.S. defense official told Newsweek. The mines will become inactive after a predetermined period of time, the official said. Ukraine has committed not to use the mines in densely populated civilian areas, the official added. U.S. officials told The Washington Post, which first reported on the approval, that the Pentagon assesses the mines could be one of the most effective ways to slow Russia’s attacks, which have yielded battlefield gains in the east throughout the year.

Land mines can be effective military tools, but are controversial among human rights groups as they can pose a danger to civilians for a long time. They are banned by over 150 countries, although this does not include Russia or the U.S. The latter has already furnished Ukraine, which is the most mined country in the world, with land mines designed to take out armored vehicles and tanks. Russia has reportedly used more than a dozen types of antipersonnel land mines in Ukraine, according to Human Rights Watch.

Ukraine has fired UK-made Storm Shadow missiles into Russia for the first time since the beginning of the conflict, the Guardian understands according to multiple sources.

The decision to approve the strikes was made in response to the deployment of more than 10,000 North Korean troops on Russia’s border with Ukraine in what UK and US officials have warned was a major escalation of the nearly three-year-old conflict.

The Guardian earlier this week reported that the UK would soon approve Storm Shadow missiles for use inside Russia after the US president, Joe Biden, agreed to do the same for the similar American Atacms weapon.

It was not immediately clear what Ukraine used the Storm Shadow missiles to target. Unconfirmed images distributed via the Telegram messaging app appeared to show fragments of the missile at a location with the Kursk region. One weapons expert, Trevor Ball, formerly of the US Army said the images circulating did show Storm Shadow fragments though he could verify if they were current or old pictures.

The Commission of Inquiry on War Criminals, headed by Justice Jules Deschênes, completed an important report into its investigation on Holocaust war criminals living in Canada in 1986. It was accompanied by an assessment by scholar Alti Rodal, a document that Justice Deschênes said deserved “wide distribution.”

But it’s been 38 years, and we’re still waiting to read Ms. Rodal’s report as well as the full version of the Deschênes report itself.

The final report, which was released publicly with extensive deletions, marked the premature end of investigations into hundreds of war criminals and called for the federal Justice and Immigration departments to take the lead on future prosecution.

Pretty sure everyone who reads here is aware of Operation Paperclip. Therefore, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that alongside the British and American allies, Canada brought in some nefarious people.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau invited Yaroslav Hunka, the Ukrainian Waffen-SS veteran who received two ovations in the House of Commons during a visit by Volodymyr Zelensky, to a reception he hosted in the Ukrainian President’s honour the same day.

“It is clear that failures in due diligence were not limited to the Office of the Speaker and extended to the Office of Prime Minister Trudeau,” he said. “It is unfortunate that the vetting process was either insufficient or perhaps even non-existent.”

The invitation from the Prime Minister to “a special event” at Fort York Armoury in Toronto on the evening after Mr. Zelensky’s appearance in Parliament on Sept. 22 was sent to Mr. Hunka on Sept. 19 by the Office of Protocol of Canada.

It’s strange that Canadians believe this nation to be squeaky clean? Or that this is a Trudeau government problem? Canada is not squeaky clean and the problem of war criminals being in Canada has been long known. It seems to me that Canada, in order to continue on the war against the former Soviet Union, now Russia, would have welcomed these persons as partners in this fight. It just makes sense when thinking in terms of maintaining the power of empire. The 5 eyes empire.

Why is Christopher Steele making such statements?

Pretty sure this is the “Steele dossier” Christopher Steele.

A former British intelligence officer said he received information previously that a contract had been put out on Wagner mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin by members of Russia’s elite over the past few weeks, Sky News reported on Wednesday.

“We had heard some weeks ago from a source that a contract had been put out on Prigozhin in Russia by senior members of the business community,” Christopher Steele told Sky News.

He said that it would be a “mistake” to assume any assassination attempt was authorized by Russian President Vladimir Putin himself.

“But certainly, it looks as though it may well be a revenge attack by somebody in the elite, possibly somebody very senior.”

An Oligarch? A western backed Oligarch? Ukrainian Oligarch? Dual Citizen Oligarch? Russian/Israeli. Ukrainian/ Israeli? Mossad? MI6? Is Steele muddying the waters?
