I put a new post up covering the drone attacks and the bridges demolished
It seems to me the damage is being exaggerated and though Istanbul talks are still on, they won’t accomplish anything. But then they never were doing to.
“Zelensky has used his one shot weapon and it smacks of desperation.”
It does- he’s looking to use this as a pr campaign in advance of and during the talks-

Now we can add at least two far flung small drone attacks on airfields. Likely the damage is being exaggerated by the Ukrainian media but we do have video of some serious results. All these strikes launched by sabotage squads within Russia. No mass casualty events…yet.
Typically these sabotage groups cannot carry enough ammunition for multiple or sustained attacks. They are “on the run” now. We can expect some retaliation from the Kremlin but not the maximalist option.
Hard to see how Istanbul talks tomorrow can achieve anything.
Zelensky has used his one shot weapon and it smacks of desperation.
