In this case its not really a source of job creation, but job retention and keeping that part of the cartel satisfied so it cooperates instead of resisting the current order.

When it comes to the forever locked in an escalating spiral of international confrontation. This might come over as a bit dark, but do people really care about the lives others when it does not benefit them in any way.

In the end the type of tools/weapons you use are nothing more than the honest unadulterated expression of what you think of others.

I think this might be a Yes and No matter.

The yes part is, Its probably a Compensation for stopping further funding of the Ukraine war.
The no part is, R&D maybe for better rocket propulsion tech and American Jobs.
