I’ll have a read of those links you’ve sent!
And yes, the Kurdish role is omitted in the discussion of this so called genocide. You only have to look at a map of ‘Greater Armenia’ and Greater Kurdistan to figure that out. The Kurds played the biggest role in this.
This also makes me winder why so many Armenians are supporting the Kurds?? They hate Turks but support Kurda who have cleansed them.
I also think that the way it’s framed as Muslims killing Christians is wrong as this was not really a religious conflict.

I read the link- Gotta be honest, his statement doesn’t strike me as super controversial- I’ve covered a bit on the topic of the alleged Armenian genocide previously. I’m not an expert, but, I don’t think it was perceived as a genocide at the time or shortly thereafter- But at some time it became a hot topic
This may have much to do with the success of the Armenian Lobby, particularly in the US
