Yes, regime and junta are the faves of western media to denigrate any country they don’t like
Notice how the media is silent on whats going on in France?

Hi Penny:
I was following the situation in Syria in their struggles to get their territory back. Having an assist from Russia certainly made it possible.
If the west doesn’t like a government of a country, they call it a regime as in “…the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.” One might ask is the regime of Joe Biden having any influence as to what is now happening in Syria?
