Hello Penny, for several days your site has been inaccessible to me, allegedly because of an insecure connection. Now I have come to your side via Tor. Why I can not get to your page through my usual browser, I do not know for I am not technically as competent as my brother. But I think it’s good for me to let you know about it.

There is evil all around us. It’s scary to consider, but, it’s true.
As well as stupidity-
anyway… thanks for the compliment.
Don’t know how much of a difference my point of view sharing will make in the big scheme, but, for me, it makes a difference in that I feel it’s a more productive way to spend my time and hell I’ve learned a lot too!
And if it give you some comfort well I’m glad for that too 🙂

Sergei Lavrov is my fave. He’s so sharp. As you said, so erudite. Here in Canada we have dumb and dumber- Often, I think this is due to the fact that Canada’s leadership is really a “followership” with leadership/orders coming from the US and/or NATO?

I highly doubt the vast majority of Canadians are aware of how involved this nation is in the Ukraine conflict. I also doubt the vast majority even think of this as reckless-

“Trudeau speaks bluster and sanctimonious hypocrisies seemingly unaware of the potentialities of the weaponry we are playing with.”

I think he’s aware of how dangerous this is- but image over rides everything for him.

Canadians seem pretty stupid in that they don’t seem to realize that they are at war — and the ones who do sort of realize it would have to say “because, eh?” since they’d have no better rationale than “Trudeau says so, eh?” Meanwhile millions of Canadian dollars in the form of deadly war equipment are shuffled out our back door so that Trudeau can continue to endear his puny, silly self to Big Daddy Klaus Schwab, self-styled leader of “improving the state of the world”. https://www.weforum.org/

I thought the best line of recent weeks was Sergei Lavrov’s, the erudite Russian Foreign Minister who said, “NATO is like small children playing with matches.”
The Canadian electorate sleep walks it way towards another election and all political parties appear in lock step on any foreign entanglements. Trudeau speaks bluster and sanctimonious hypocrisies seemingly unaware of the potentialities of the weaponry we are playing with.
As Penny says, ” This is the empire speaking.. “…it sounds like the mouse that roared. They know not of what they speak…
I wonder what the percentage of approval for this reckless approach amongst Canadians who cared enough to ponder the question and vote in a referendum would be ? I suspect pacifism would reign supreme. Too bad any ‘private’ poll would be hard to trust.
