We don’t hear that because it would change entirely the way we view healthcare. As mentioned in the second quote

“Billions of dollars are being poured into funds purporting to research the possibilities of alleviating an ever-growing list of conditions which might never have existed, had good nutrition been the national heritage.”

I think these industries want us dependent- if we thought differently about health we would rely less on big ag/big pharma and representatives of those profit making industries

If it happens, it will be just another exercise in crowd control. The first one worked so well in crowd control they probably feel that they must try it again.
You will never hear them say these words from William Albrecht, PhD, “It’s not the overpowering invader we must fear but the weakened condition of the victim.”
To take that advice into consideration would change the current sickness care system into an actual health care system.
