I&#039;m excited and so hoping it won&#039;t be cloudy.. 
That&#039;s the general attitude around these parts (south niagara) Hoping for a spectacular show and not wanting it to be cloudy or rainy- because hubby and I won&#039;t have this opportunity again. We got some sort of filter for the camera, hopeful to get some cool pics
I&#039;m encouraging my (going on 89yr old) Dad to view and am trying to get him some glasses to do so safely.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[You&#039;re lucky. We were here also on the totality path  of the 1999 eclipse here in Europe. We had an eclipse party and stuff. Unfortunately we got an extreme rainy day which made that the sun was hidden behind the clouds. The contrast between total darkness and the luminosity of the rainy day was not as spectacular as expected. 
Quite the disappointment. Knoing that the next eclipse is sometime around 2080 does not give much solace (buhuhhu, ;-)]]></description>
