What I also find absurd about the net zero carbon emissions ideology- it’s green washing. Extreme green washing.
Waging war is extremely environmentally destructive- To everything and everyone. But, if it’s green washed it’s okay to continue on destroying the environment- (soil, air, water, people, animals) all of it?

“…the alliance would undertake reducing their collective military-carbon emissions by at least 45 percent by 2030, with a goal of net zero carbon emissions by 2050…”
This combines eco-fantasy with military nonsense, a kind of amalgamation of pleasing thought dreams. Apparently the author is predicting, in the next six years, the greatest leaps of technological advances ever seen in human history.
What are the odds of that happening?
