**I have to admit, while acknowledging I could be mistaken the Oct 7/th attack seems LIHOP’ish. Cause when life hands you lemons you make lemonade right? So, why wouldn’t Israel take advantage to achieve their own goals?**

Worried soldiers who raised concerns about suspicious activity in the days leading to [Hamas](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/hamas/index.html) terror raids on [Israel](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/israel-hamas-conflict/index.html) were threatened with court martial, it has emerged.

Prime Minister [Benjamin Netanyahu](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/benjamin-netanyahu/index.html) and his cabinet have faced stiff criticism from Israelis who have accused them of being caught out by the raids which left more than 1,200 dead.

A further 239 people were taken hostage and although a handful have been released there are dozens of worried families still waiting for news on loved ones.
