**Of course, there could be no cause for worry, Yet, some recent reports have caught my eye and given me pause for thought**.

**Updated July 03/23- To clarify my concerns about the potential for false flag. If there is a false flag, it will conducted in such a way as to frame the Russian military. The deed will be done by the Ukrainians, with the help of their allies in the US/UK**. **Ukraine will be the biggest benefactor of such a false flag taking place.**

[First from New York Post](https://nypost.com/2023/07/02/ukraine-preparing-for-nuclear-explosion-as-russian-troops-ordered-to-leave-zaporizhzhia-plant/)

- **Russian forces are NOT leaving the area, despite the absurd spin from the Ukrainian Defence Dept. I’ve not read nor seen any credible reports on that matter. If you know of any, please correct my error?**
- **Ukraine is “preparing for a nuclear explosion” – They are allegedly preparing local residents.**

> **Ukraine is reportedly “preparing for a nuclear explosion”** at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant.
>
> **Russian troops have been ordered to leave the power plant** — which has been under Russian control since March 2022 — **by July 5, according to the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine.**
>
> ***“Ukrainian employees who have signed a contract with Rosatom have also been advised to evacuate. Under the instructions received, they should leave by 5 July,”*** DIU said.
>
> Russian troops ordered to remain in the area have allegedly been instructed to ***“blame Ukraine in the event of any emergency,”*** [Ukrayinska Pravda reported.](https://news.yahoo.com/russian-forces-begin-flee-zaporizhzhia-063125438.html)
>
> As the Zaporizhzhia region readies for the situation to possibly go nuclear, Russia launched an overnight drone attack on Kyiv and the surrounding region, Ukrainian military officials said Sunday.
>
> The attack — the first after a 12-day break — included eight Iranian-made Shahed drones and three cruise missiles, which were shot down.

**Compare the above report from NYP to the below one [from UPI](Watchdog:%20No%20signs%20of%20mines,%20explosives%20at%20endangered%20Zaporizhzhia%20Nuclear%20Power%20Plant)** **(July 02/23)**

> ##### **IAEA after inspection found NO SIGNS of EXPLOSIVES or MINES**

> July 2 (UPI) — **The International Atomic Energy Agency, a global nuclear watchdog, said Friday that no signs of mines or explosives have been found around the endangered Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine.**
>
> **The IAEA[ issued the statement](https://www.iaea.org/newscenter/pressreleases/update-168-iaea-director-general-statement-on-situation-in-ukraine-0) a`fter Ukraine's Directorate of Military Intelligence` said[ in a statement](https://gur.gov.ua/en/content/bilia-4-iz-6-enerhoblokiv-zaes-rosiiski-viiska-rozmistyly-tekhniku-z-vybukhivkoiu.html) last week that Russia had “finished preparation” for a “terrorist attack” on Europe’s largest nuclear power plant.**

> **The IAEA is clearly contradicting the Ukrainian claims**

> Maj. Gen. Kyrylo **Budanov, Ukraine’s military intelligence chief, had claimed a cooling pond at the nuclear facility had been mined by Russian troops and that the Kremlin had ordered occupants of the facility to drive vehicles loaded with explosive to four of the facility’s six power units.**
>
> **IAEA investigators inspected the facilities Friday and said they have “so far found no visible indications of mines or other explosives.”**

[**We know sometime last year the US moved a “nuclear sniffer” aircraft to Europe**](https://nationalinterest.org/blog/buzz/united-states-deploys-nuclear-sniffing-aircraft-europe-201164)

> The aircraft, which is based on a modified C-135B Stratolifter, is [controlled](https://nationalinterest.org/blog/reboot/air-force-getting-new-aircraft-detect-nuclear-tests-196525) by the A**ir Force Technical Applications Center and operated by the 45th Reconnaissance Wing at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska.**
>
> **In recent days, the aircraft was reportedly seen over Scotland and heading towards Norway.**

**There was a report from Dima at Military Summary about the presence of this plane in Europ**

**The conflict is not going well for Ukraine- Are they desperate enough to try some limited attack on the power plant. One that is calculated to cause just enough of a radiation leak… One that would draw NATO forces from Poland and the Baltic states onto the battlefield**

> [CIA’s Burns Visited Ukraine To Talk Counteroffensive?](https://pennyforyourthoughts2.ca/2023/07/01/cias-burns-visited-ukraine-to-talk-counteroffensive/)

**As I’d mention in the directly above report**

> **It seems to me this article is suggesting, without implicitly stating that Ukraine has no good options.**

**How about bad options? Ones that might appear good to Ukraine, but, not so good to me or you?**
