My understanding via twitter is that Kiev or nearby may have been hit

With 300,000 Ukrainain soldiers dead at this time, one wonders why Zelensky didn’t negotiate when he had every opportunity to do so.

Though I understand the US would not allow for this humane and diplomatic resolution to take place-

**The long anticipated, much talked about counter offensive that is yet to materialize**

**My understanding is the Patriot missile systems are a fail and in all actuality the system is defeated.**
