entirely possible he was unwilling to lie, cheat and deceive to the satisfaction of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. No they would not have been in charge of tabulating the vote- I don’t know what his miscommunication was. It’s not clear other than the specified “communicating election results”

or “problems the CHP encountered in conveying the results on election night”
Highly suggestive they were trying to put forth a very specific narrative- likely with the help of the two mayors who called the opposition leader their President

Perhaps Onursal Adıgüzel was unwilling to lie, cheat and deceive to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu’s satisfaction on election night ? Surely as a competing political party the CHP was not ‘in charge’ of tabulating the vote ? What was his miscommunication of electoral results ?
