It really does seem that way- the nefarious links to the CIA are everywhere- name a conflict and the CIA is there- Libya, Syria, Iraq, Sudan, Turkey including the attempted coup- never mind all the historical involvement! Than there is the cultural destabilizations.
And yes the chinese tampering does look to be the copy cat to the russian tampering tale.

Pick a conflict ( civil war ) anywhere on the globe, scratch down a bit, and you’ll find nefarious links to CIA meddling. This amidst public outcry in the states over never defined ” Russian electoral interference ” and Canadian copy cat ” Chinese tampering”.
Below is a link to a dubious story from 2022 about Yankee ‘concern’ about a potential Russian naval base on the Sudanese Red Sea coastline. Today we see diplomatic rescue missions extricating “westerners” while more brown people die in the conflicts we stir up.
