Yah, I caught the scary reminder at the end, but, ignored it.
It’s so speculative. Bottom line is that could just be how this earth works, all the time. For reasons we haven’t a clue about. But fear mongering is always good to raise more $$

I started singing that song as soon as I saw your headline. There’s always something we should be worried about, eh? But the song is at least as old as I am, and we’re all still here — for better or worse.

Scientists have gotta have a gimmick to provide them a raison d’être and governments need to have people depending on them for their very survival. Hence, the “scary reminder” at the very end of the article.
