I think there is an element of fear mongering as well as narrative creation- that will be used to justify any western actions that could be taken.

The implementation of the digital ID/ mark of the beast, perhaps? I can’t see “them” nuking the whole world, because that would eliminate also themselves… And the bible does tell us there will be a time when the beast has power over the whole world, and nobody will be able to buy or sell without that telltale mark, or number or name of the beast. Let us watch and pray, as our Lord Jesus Christ so wisely instructed, not fearing what the enemy will do.
