I’d just heard, can’t recall who, talking about this. If you are really caring for a patient you need to visually see them, in person. To see things like skin colour- jaundice, pale.
To know them and to be able to see differences in them from previous visit to present-

Yes, delusional indeed! And there is lots of that and worse going around!

I can imagine he did not think highly of them!

But, as you know, the profession as a whole is, for the most part, compliant with Lockdowns, Masks and the instillation of abject fear into the average Canadian without, apparently, questioning the now globe-controlling WHO — and any doctor who thinks he/she can diagnose/treat patients via a Zoom visit is delusional to say the least.
