When they use the word “rebuild” what they really mean is a process of hollowing out and restructuring–like what took place in Iraq. Where the USrael stole all the priceless cultural artifacts and set up the Iraqi destroyed electrical grid using their technology…which intentionally made it incompatible with its electrical grid neighbours. This is a process that ensures isolation and a furtherence of their agenda of eventual absorption by the parasitic coloniZers.
