In reply to Penny. They still have troops around Kiev. They are moving more east to clean up the Donbass. They are also slowing up to resupply for the next few days. There will not be a ceasefire until Kiev meets all the Russian demands or it would be considered a Russian failure. I think this will go on until May.

listening right now- my first thought regarding Russia’s move away from Kiev…
Russia offered Zelensky a face saving measure- threw a bone to him.
He could then take it back and pound his chest about a gain.
