The effect on heart health of the vaccine is more or less the same as the effect of covid itself. Why? Simply because it’s the spike protein itself which is the trigger. Get covid and its spike proteins starts a series of effect that lead to cardiovascular disease. Get the vaccine, get the same effects but without the virus as it is your body that produce the effect (+ add clotting issues and other side effects on top).
